I know we haven’t posted on here much over the course of The Print Social’s lifespan, but it’s not because we haven’t been busy working on a number of print related projects. In fact it’s almost embarrassing how much we’ve been up to and how little of it is covered here, which will most likely result in some backdated posts in the near future.
Not only have we now hosted two print fairs but we’ve ran workshops and exhibitions and we also have our third print fair coming up in November along with our Print Is Dead (Good) exhibition too.
On top of that we still run our monthly social where we meet in bars and quiet places around Liverpool and invite anyone and everyone to come along. If you haven’t been to our socials before and want to meet creative people in the Liverpool area, I can’t recommend it enough. Honestly one of the main reasons we run them is because surrounding yourself with people in similar fields with heads full of useful print/design/art/business knowledge is essential if you want to get better at what you do. Having a network of people to call on when you’re working on a new project is also invaluable and you’d be amazed at who there is around you that could help you out.
We can’t wait to see you there!
